Jabil in Mexico reports a Lean Six Sigma coaching role focused on guiding value stream transformation and building a sustainable Lean culture across multiple workcells. The coach partners with the Plant LSS Managers to drive continuous improvement and share best practices.

The position emphasizes mentoring Lean Coaches and process owners, leading Kaizen events, and aligning Lean principles with safety and financial impact across the site.

Formación

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of continual personal improvement.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with groups.
• Understanding and practice of Lean principles, methodologies and tools.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with company software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and procedures.
• Expert in Lean tools and processes for regional/global knowledge sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain a Lean culture in collaboration with Plant LSS Managers.
• Coach training, project identification and prioritization.
• Monitor and support value stream transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Lean Coaches and process owners.
• Mentor Lean Coaches and facilitate multiple Kaizen events.
• Lead by example to model Lean behaviours across sites.
• Align Lean practices with site financial and safety policies.
