You will champion process optimization, supervisor development, and strong partnerships across HR, Finance, and external partners.

Formación

• 3+ years in payroll with 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and timekeeping.
• Experience with HRIS and time management systems.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and stakeholder focus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end North America payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle complex payroll issues and escalations with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members, ensure coverage and duties segregation.
• Support digital transformation and scalable payroll processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and regulators to run payroll smoothly.
