Flowserve is seeking a strategic payroll partner to drive transformation and optimization of global payroll operations in Toluca. You will lead multi-country initiatives, migrations, and system implementations, partnering with HR, Finance, and Technology to elevate service delivery and controls.

The role requires US payroll expertise, strong regulatory awareness, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver measurable outcomes on a global scale.

Formación

• Experience leading multi-country payroll projects.
• Proven track record in vendor migrations and system changes.
• Attention to detail in payroll data auditing.
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
• Familiarity with Kronos and US payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll time logs, time corrections, tax adjustments and all other electronic paper or interfaces related to the company’s ongoing payroll processes.
• Ensure payroll is closed accurately by performing all data collection, reconciliation, and application of payroll policies for area of responsibility.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization effectively by responding in a timely manner and providing friendly customer service.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures.
• Review and continually improve payroll processing to simplify, standardize and build capacity on the team.
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports as needed.
• Ensure exceptional service and meet all service levels for payroll.
• Address issues and provide resolution when service levels are not met.
• Ensure compliance with controls including SOX, internal audit, Flowserve policies, and applicable laws.
• Review and audit all hours, earnings, deductions, and special actions prior to payroll processing.
• Provide answers compliant with payroll laws and union agreements from employees.
• Ensure data integrity in payroll systems and related systems.
• Perform special projects as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
