Genpact seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative, procurement, vendor management, and operational logistics support across three sites: Guadalajara, Mexico; Costa Rica; and Guatemala. Based in Guadalajara, this role coordinates vendors, purchase orders, site activities, client visits, and other business requirements across the three locations.

The position allocates about 50% to Guadalajara, 30% to Costa Rica, and 20% to Guatemala, partnering with Site

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in commerce, economics or finance; MBA or analytics-focused master is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with procurement, vendor coordination, and vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Provide admin and procurement support across three delivery sites.
• Coordinate vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Plan and oversee client and executive visits, travel, and hospitality.
• Support site operations and cross-country coordination.
