AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Multinational Issuing Office Coordinator to oversee multinational programs, engage with clients and brokers, and ensure timely end-to-end processes. The role requires strong insurance knowledge and multilingual communication in English and Spanish.

The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, performance monitoring, and contributing to strategy alignment for product offerings within the AIG multinational network.

Qualifications

The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.How you will create an impactStrong focus to meat SLA and comply with KPI’sProactive management and oversight multinational activitiesCollaborate with different stakeholders across Multinational and AIG NetworkProvide multinational technical expertise and guidance to the team.Ensure Multinational service fee discipline by negotiating with PO’s and utilizing available tools.Partner with Product underwriters to review and update wordings accordingly.Engage with multinational direct clients and/or brokers to ensure end to end process on a timely manner.Monitor performance and escalate where necessary to ensure all agreed Multinational service SLAs are being met.Help identify, support, and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow AIG multinational business.What you’ll need to succeedBilingual (English and Spanish is a must) additional language is desirableCommercial insurance experience is at least 5 years, preferably client servicing (broker or company background)Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structuresClient focused with experience working with multinational corporations and dealing with senior client personnel / risk managersStrong written & verbal communicationAbility to lead others to achieve common goalsCollaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersComputer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, WordMust demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:AnalyticalCustomer serviceCommunication and PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skillsBroker relationship managementNegotiationReady to take your career to the next level?
