Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance and multinational programs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong client servicing skills.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide multinational technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Collaborate across Multinational and AIG Network with stakeholders.
• Negotiate with PO’s and ensure multinational service fee discipline.
