AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Casualty Head to lead marketing, underwriting, and servicing of all Casualty products across regional brokers.

The role emphasizes strategic broker relationships, renewal and exposure monitoring, and developing cross-sell opportunities within the group. The position requires extensive Casualty underwriting experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• 10+ years of Casualty Underwriting experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Engineering, Business or legal degree preferable.
• Strong analytical, marketing and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing, underwriting, and servicing of all Casualty products (General Liability, Construction Liability, Environmental and CPI).
• Building and maintaining strategic broker relationships.
• Renewal portfolio retention, rate change and exposure change monitoring.
• Develop new business opportunities as well as develop cross-sell opportunities for other AIG divisions.
• P&L and portfolio periodical analyses.
• Product development and ability to discuss with international product development leader.
• Team building and development.
