Essity in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Warehouse Leader to secure storage, inventory control, and distribution of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and Production Materials. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Experience managing Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and Production-related inventories.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment per Essity's safety standards.
• Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and people development.
• Lead daily warehouse operations, optimize space, equipment, workforce, and storage capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions for warehouse/logistics performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics and warehouse projects that support excellence and growth.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and external partners, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Ensure effective inventory allocation and storage strategies across internal and external locations.
• Optimize warehouse resources, including facilities, equipment, and staffing.
• Support distribution network initiatives and warehouse improvement projects for customer service.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement to improve end-to-end performance.
• Maintain ISO documentation and internal procedures within area of responsibility.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and talent development within the warehouse.
• Foster a safety culture focused on risk prevention and continuous improvement.
• Lead inventory control processes, cycle counts, physical inventories, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure management of Spare Parts, Raw Materials, and production support inventories for continuity.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal inventory requirements, regulatory standards, and audits.
• Lead warehouse personnel and forklift operations with accountability and safety practices.
