Essity is seeking a Warehouse Leader in Monterrey, Mexico to direct daily warehouse operations, safeguard safety standards, and drive inventory accuracy across finished goods, raw materials, and production inventories.

You will lead teams, coordinate with external logistics providers, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and customer service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years in leadership of operational teams.
• Experience with Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and production inventories.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily warehouse operations to optimize space, equipment, workforce, and storage capacity.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, service, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and external partners to meet service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions for warehouse performance.
• Coordinate logistics projects aligning with business growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure ISO documentation compliance and maintain internal procedures.
