Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Warehouse Leader to manage storage, inventory control, and distribution of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and Production Materials in Monterrey.

You will lead warehouse operations, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate with external providers to drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with business objectives and customer satisfaction, with emphasis on ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Experience with Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Spare Parts, and Production inventories.
• Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient storage and distribution.
• Develop high-performing teams and manage external logistics providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
• Plan and coordinate logistics and warehouse projects.
• Ensure effective inventory allocation and storage strategies.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, service, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement.
• Maintain ISO documentation and internal procedures.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Foster a strong safety culture and risk prevention.
• Oversee Spare Parts and Raw Material inventories to ensure continuity.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal inventory requirements and audits.
