Job summary

Essity Ecatepec Plant is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to ensure materials meet quality and quantity from receipt to order fulfillment, supporting on-time production and adherence to the production plan.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize cost and service levels. 2+ years of experience and a technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
• Technical knowledge: Production processes, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Experience managing unionized personnel, WMS, PLAIN, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve KPIs, such as inventory levels and service levels.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and controls.
• Continuously improve warehouse activities balancing cost and capacity.
• Initiate and enhance supply chain activities, supporting process improvements.
• Coordinate logistics and monitor budget for Raw Material Warehouse (budget).
