Clara, the leading payments platform in Latin America, seeks a Territory Sales Executive to drive outbound B2B growth in Monterrey. You will own end-to-end sales, build a scalable regional footprint, and collaborate with a cross-functional Commercial team to close high-impact deals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outbound B2B sales, a strong understanding of financing decisions, and experience with CRM and sales tools. A Bachelor’s degree is required and Portuguese basics are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience in tech/fintech environments.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer acquisition and regional growth in Monterrey.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-impact deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Finance) for deal execution.
• Replicate proven playbooks to scale and hit targets.
