Jobtailor in Mexico seeks an experienced Training and Workforce Development Leader to oversee technical training for hourly and skilled trades, ensuring execution of learning plans and alignment with Lean Manufacturing principles and Ford Operating Systems.

You will partner with HR, Operations, Union and Launch Teams to drive training strategy, governance, and continuous improvement, identify needs, deploy learning plans, and track metrics to deliver measurable performance gains.

Formación

• Lean Manufacturing principles and Ford Operating Systems knowledge.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Expertise in problem solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Professional English proficiency required.
• Leadership to develop, engage and lead teams while fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
• Experience in training methodologies, talent acquisition processes, and workforce development is desirable.
• Strong leadership to inspire, coach, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and goals.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex initiatives within schedule and budget.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical training, professionalization, and workforce capability development, ensuring effective training execution for hourly and skilled trades employees.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Union and Launch Teams to drive training strategy, compliance, and launch success through standardized processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, manage, and monitor the plant's Technical, Leadership, and Functional Training strategy, ensuring workforce capability development aligns with operational objectives.
• Identify training needs, deploy learning plans, and track completion and effectiveness metrics.
