General Motors in Mexico is seeking an experienced Production Leader to optimize manufacturing operations, train hourly team members, and drive lean initiatives using GM's Global Manufacturing System. You will lead shift changes, ensure on-time production, and maintain quality while fostering teamwork.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, strong communication with maintenance and operations, and proficient English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of metalworking industry processes.
• Communication skills with maintenance, operations, and process peers.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of GM's Global Manufacturing System (preferred).
• Knowledge of dies and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the effective use of personnel, material, and equipment.
• Participate in training, development, and evaluation of hourly team members.
• Lead GM's Global Manufacturing System processes and support launch and pilot activities.
• Meet or exceed production cost schedules and maintain quality requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and ergonomic, health, and housekeeping objectives.
• Coach and mentor group leaders in lean manufacturing and productivity improvements.
