Metso is seeking a Technical Sales Support, Mill Lining to join the Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. This role provides technical and commercial support to customers, travels up to 50-70% to client sites, and reports to the NCA Regional Business Support Manager.

Located in central and southern Mexico, the position emphasizes collaboration with sales managers and field engineers. You will analyze customer requirements, prepare technical presentations, and coordinate with internal teams

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years in technical sales support for mining equipment or mill lining solutions.
• Experience with grinding mills and wear materials is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Managers with technical input for sales cases of low to medium complexity.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend mill lining solutions.
• Review proposals for technical solution, sourcing, and pricing.
• Generate RFQs in Salesforce for simple cases and follow up proposals.
• Coordinate with Product Support for complex cases.
