Metso is seeking a Technical Sales Support, Mill Lining to join the Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will provide technical and commercial support to customers, understanding products, support software and application areas, reporting to the NCA Regional Business Support Manager.

This role covers central and southern Mexico with travel up to 50-70% to customer sites. You will join a team of Technical Sales Support experts collaborating with Sales Account Managers and Field Services

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mining Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in technical sales support for mining equipment or mill lining solutions.
• Understanding of grinding mills and mill lining systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Managers with technical input for sales cases of low to medium complexity.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers when required.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate mill-lining solutions.
• Maintain and share mill performance data, liner supplier information, and customer objectives.
• Review and analyze proposals including technical solution, sourcing, and pricing.
• Generate RFQs in Salesforce for simple cases and follow up proposals with cover letters and terms & conditions.
• Collect and share pricing intelligence; request discounts when necessary.
• Validate orders for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
• Coordinate with Product Support and Proposal Management for complex cases or re-engineering needs.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes, tools, and customer experience.
