Qualifications

Five plus years supporting Microsoft 365 technologies and related services.
Strong expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
Experience with automation, scripting, and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft 365 platform services.
Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and service enhancements.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Power Platform.
Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption metrics.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to improve capabilities.
Support testing, release management, and documentation.
