Demant in Mexico City is seeking a D365F&O consultant to join its global ERP practice. You will support, optimize, and evolve the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform for multinational users, collaborating with experts across countries and using modern technologies.

The role emphasizes incident and change ownership, cross-functional delivery, training and UAT, and knowledge transfer to super users. Travel to client sites is expected; fluent English required; experience with ServiceNow or

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in IT, logistics or finance.
3+ years as a consultant with D365F&O or AX2012 or similar ERP.
Experience with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps is preferred.
Strong understanding of wholesale, finance and hub processes.
Fluent English; able to work collaboratively across teams.
Travel availability is expected.

Responsabilidades

Provide ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Own incidents, changes or service requests through to closure.
Monitor backlog in ServiceNow and act on business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and knowledge transfer.
Lead super user training and UAT related to code release cycles.
Contribute business knowledge to initiatives and projects.
