Job summary

Marelli is seeking a MFE Preproduction Manager to join the NAFTA Preproduction team, based in Juarez. You will lead regional machinery management, establish equipment standards, and drive maintenance excellence across NAFTA sites.

Responsibilities include PM, PdM, RCM, asset lifecycle planning, and audits to improve OEE and uptime. Travel up to 70% is expected within NAFTA. Bachelor's in Engineering and 10+ years related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management, Lean Manufacturing, and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional machinery management strategies across NAFTA facilities.
• Establish and standardize equipment specifications, maintenance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Develop long-term asset management, refurbishment, replacement, and lifecycle plans.
• Maintain visibility and control of critical equipment health and performance.
• Standardize maintenance systems, processes, and governance across manufacturing sites.
• Drive PM, PdM, and Corrective Maintenance programs across NAFTA sites.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Benchmark maintenance performance and deploy best practices across the region.
• Lead layout and capacity planning for preproduction facilities.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.
