Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, control, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and production management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed production schedules to meet demand.
• Coordinate with departments to align production capacity with forecasts.
• Resource Management: Optimize materials, labor, and equipment usage.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure availability.
• Process Improvement: Identify lean opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Track throughput, quality, and efficiency metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure processes meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Align goals with production, engineering, and sales.
• Problem Solving: Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records and present performance reports.
