Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Production Supervisor for its AL&S Manufacturing team in Cd. Juarez, Mex Plant 1. You will ensure compliance with shipping requirements, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

Ideal candidates have Industrial Engineering background, 3+ years in automotive production, and strong leadership with Lean/SAP proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role with a hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in automotive production environments.
• Knowledge of MMS, SAP and lean manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets meet quality, quantity and timing requirements.
• Monitor KPI performance and manage shift output and downtime.
• Coordinate with Team Leader and Operations Manager for continuous improvement.
