Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of facilities, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will lead a team of engineers, schedule maintenance activities, manage budgets and spare-parts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on reducing downtime through data-driven improvements and coordination with other departments to minimize workflow

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS software and maintenance planning.
• Excellent communication and safety compliance mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Coordinate repairs of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, and contractor costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance with minimal workflow impact.
