Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Recruitment to lead the Private Destinations Mexico recruitment operations, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. The role focuses on process improvement, performance management, and delivering timely hiring for management and specialty roles on ships and land operations.

The onsite position in Quintana Roo requires strong analytics, KPI management, and collaboration with HRIS, Talent Programming, and marketing teams to optimize recruitment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment processes for Private Destinations in Mexico.
• Provide monthly reporting and analytics on recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics.
• Mentor recruitment team and ensure compliance with best practices.
