Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience as executive assistant or HR administrative support is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and ATS platforms; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Lead Recruiters across the region to implement sourcing plans for active and pipeline vacancies.
• Manages attraction and initial candidate screening stages using online platforms and ATS to build qualified pools.
• Supports delivery of recruiting campaigns for volume hiring and internships/graduate recruitment.
• Oversees talent communities, social media engagement, and candidate communications to promote employer brand.
• Ensures outstanding candidate experience across attraction and pre-selection touchpoints.
• Maintains ATS records to monitor progress, ROI, and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinates recruitment tasks including requisition approvals, interview scheduling, and onboarding documents.
