Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to drive shipboard recruitment and build a proactive global talent pipeline. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast needs and execute sourcing campaigns across multiple platforms.

The role requires at least 2 years in sourcing or recruitment, with preference for hospitality or cruise industry experience, and proficiency with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Hospitality/global talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Cruise industry sourcing experience preferred.
• Proficient with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for shipboard roles globally.
• Sources candidates through channels such as social media, job boards, talent pools, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines for critical shipboard roles.
• Executes targeted recruitment campaigns for emerging talent, new builds, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintains accurate candidate data in the ATS and analyzes KPIs to improve sourcing effectiveness.
