Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition to execute recruiting strategies across Shared Services, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.

You will partner with leaders to forecast talent needs, manage sourcing plans, and provide market insights to improve the recruitment process. The role requires 3–5 years in recruiting within a large organization, HRIS experience, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years recruiting experience in a large organization.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of recruitment automation, web-based tools and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to source talent across various levels and functions.
• Experience in competency-based interviewing.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit for positions across the assigned business unit up to Leadership/Manager level.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to forecast talent needs.
• Develop talent pools through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and shortlist top candidates.
• Prepare reports and present recruiting metrics to leadership.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and adjust strategies.
