• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• 3+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years of transaction and asset management coordination in commercial real estate.
• Strong communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel/Word) and data/documentation management.

Responsabilités

• Support real estate transaction team in managing deal flow, processing data and administration across the asset lifecycle.
• Track and manage critical lease dates across the Mexico portfolio, including expirations and renewal options.
• Assist in lease renewals, amendments, expansions, and terminations with due diligence and approvals.
• Monitor landlord compliance with lease obligations, including maintenance and capital improvements.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, consolidation, or early termination of underperforming sites.
• Implement metrics to plan, manage, and evaluate transaction and asset management performance.
• Communicate expectations and deal status to key partners; collaborate with operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax, and risk management.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, design professionals, and consultants.
