Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support the Mexico portfolio's acquisition, construction, and asset management activities. The role focuses on lease renewals, amendments, expansions, and transitions across the Amazon fulfillment network in Latin America.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant deal execution and data integrity throughout the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• 3+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years of transaction and asset management coordination in commercial real estate.

Responsabilités

• Support real estate transaction team in managing deal flow, processing, and administration; track and update data through the asset lifecycle.
• Track and manage critical lease dates across the portfolio, including expirations and renewal options.
• Support lease renewal, amendment, expansion, and termination processes with due diligence and internal approvals.
• Monitor landlord compliance with lease obligations and capital improvements.
• Assist in portfolio optimization and coordination during lease transitions.
• Communicate deal status to key partners and collaborate with internal and external teams.
