Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Real Estate) preferred
• Minimum 10-15 years in commercial real estate property management with progressive leadership responsibility
• Proven track record managing multi-sector property portfolios in the Mexico market
• Fluent English (mandatory) with C-suite presence
• Experience with property management technology platforms and PropTech solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive exponential growth by identifying and securing new Property Management opportunities in Mexico
• Lead and develop a national team of 100+ Property Management professionals
• Own full country P&L for Mexico Property Management, ensuring cost and revenue optimization
• Partner with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop sector-specific strategies across Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail
• Build and maintain C-suite client relationships with high satisfaction
• Lead business development, manage sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth
