Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Business Director of Property Management to scale the Mexico PM business across Industrial, Office, Multifamily and Retail while leading a national team of 100+ professionals. You will own the full country P&L, drive new business, and partner with Capital Markets, Leasing and Advisory to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
Fluent English is mandatory; an engineering, architecture, or real estate background with an MBA is preferred.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred in real estate or related field.
- 10–15 years in commercial real estate property management with leadership.
- Fortune 500 level financial acumen and P&L management.
Responsibilities
- Drive exponential growth of Mexico Property Management across all sectors.
- Lead a national team of 100+ professionals with a client-focused culture.
- Own full country P&L for Mexico Property Management and optimize costs.
- Partner with Capital Markets, Leasing and Advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop sector-specific strategies for industrial, office, multifamily and retail.
- Maintain C-suite relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
