Job summary

Amazon's Real Estate Team in Mexico seeks a Real Estate Manager to support the expansion of the Amazon fulfillment network across Latin America. The role covers lease renewals, amendments, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of warehouse space through a full transaction lifecycle.

Key duties include due diligence, financial analysis, internal approvals, and ensuring landlord obligations are met while maintaining accurate transaction data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• 3+ years in stakeholder management.
• 3+ years in transaction and asset management coordination in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate transaction team in deal flow, processing and administration.
• Track critical lease dates across the Mexico portfolio (expirations, renewals, terminations).
• Coordinate due diligence, financial analysis and internal approvals for renewals, amendments and expansions.
• Monitor landlord compliance with lease obligations and improvements.
• Identify consolidation or reconfiguration opportunities and support transitions.
• Implement metrics to plan, manage and evaluate performance of transactions and asset management.
• Communicate status of deals to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with Amazon operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax and risk management.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, design professionals and other consultants.
• Support fast-paced initiatives with speed, flexibility and frugality.
