Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience at senior leadership level.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Background in Technology, E-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, performance marketing, social media, and customer acquisition.
• Executive leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand, social media, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to support expansion and acquisition.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, and vendors.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional teams for alignment.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial advertising regulations and industry standards.
