Barry Callebaut Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Logistics Cluster Manager to own country logistics strategy, drive end-to-end efficiency, and serve as the primary contact for Mexico logistics. The role partners with global teams to ensure service levels and growth.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in logistics, including 5+ in food distribution, with strong leadership, analytics, and change-management capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 in food distribution.
• Experience leading customer-facing functions, including setup or transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience improving logistics processes and performance.
• Ability to build deep customer understanding and partnerships.
• Proven change management in customer-centric supply chains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present well.
• Fluent English; French desirable; willing to travel ~30%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the country cluster logistics strategy and route-to-market.
• Deliver reliable, responsive logistics service to support growth and satisfaction.
• Be the primary contact for logistics activities in Mexico cluster.
• Partner with GBS, site teams, and regional functions for end-to-end efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with goals, service levels, budgets, and lead times.
• Lead demand validation, S&OP, and S&OE in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor OTIF, service levels, inventory, and carrier performance.
• Oversee DC logistics, transportation, and customs processes.
• Drive productivity, cost-to-serve improvements, and initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships through joint business planning and reviews.
