Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Monterrey. The role coordinates all order-related activities with Sales and Supply Chain, ensuring flawless service and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or B2B. SAP experience is a plus, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support our global chocolate business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years in a Customer Service role (2 years with strong direct experience may be considered).
Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, co-packers, and internal departments.
Provide accurate and timely communication to all internal and external customers.
Enter a high volume of incoming orders into SAP accurately and promptly.
Follow orders from entry to invoicing.
Determine the best method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and satisfaction.
Coordinate pricing quotes and contract modifications with Pricing team.
Address errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues with appropriate action for customer andBarry Callebaut.
Utilize data sources to optimize logistical delivery processes.
