Job summary

Motive is hiring a Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our Mexico fulfillment and logistics operations. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day fulfillment, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, and cross‑border logistics from Mexico, collaborating with global teams in the U.S., EU, and APAC to deliver a cost‑effective, high‑quality customer experience.

This high‑impact IC role requires hands‑on 3PL and warehouse management, KPI‑driven vendor oversight, and strong SOP

Qualifications

3–6 years of hands‑on experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience managing B2B and B2C fulfillment operations in fast‑paced environments.
Proven background managing 3PLs, warehouse partners, carriers, and customs brokers.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, receiving, warehouse processes, and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Mexico fulfillment operations across B2B and B2C channels.
Manage and optimize 3PL partner performance using KPIs and vendor scorecards.
Ensure strong SLA/SLI adherence for picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
Resolve logistics exceptions, service failures, and operational bottlenecks.
Build and maintain SOPs for receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory processes.
