Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. seeks a Logistics Cluster Manager for Mexico, based in Monterrey with travel across MX. You will lead the country logistics strategy, partner with GBS towers and site teams, and drive service performance and continuous improvement across the cluster.

The role requires 10+ years in logistics, fluent English, and travel ~30%. You will build strong customer relationships and oversee distribution, customs processes, and 3PL performance to enable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain, with at least 5 years in food distribution.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing functions and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Country Cluster logistics strategy and route-to-market.
• Deliver reliable and responsive logistics service to support growth and satisfaction.
• Act as the primary logistics contact for Mexico cluster and coordinate cross-functional teams.
