Job summary

Midea LATAM North in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Outbound Logistics Leader HA to oversee the flow from distribution centers to customers and retail locations. You will coordinate logistics activities, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely shipments while tracking performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outbound logistics, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound logistics within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with pivots and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities from distribution centers to customers.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely shipments against targets.
• Track performance and implement process improvements.
• Attend client meetings at required sites and manage POD recovery.
• Lead staff scheduling and coverage to support operations.
