Motive is hiring an Installation Services Manager – Mexico to own end-to-end installation outcomes in a hybrid delivery model with internal installers and third-party partners. You will shape the operating model, establish a performance system, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver predictable, high-quality deployments at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations, field services, program management, partner/marketplace operations, or customer operations.
• Experience designing and running operational mechanisms: forecasting, capacity planning, SLAs, KPI systems.
• Experience managing third-party partners or service providers, including onboarding and performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own installation performance end-to-end by defining and evolving the operating model, SLAs, and rules for internal vs. partner installers.
• Build capacity and demand plans, forecast regional coverage, and plan surge capacity.
• Establish and uphold standards for quality, documentation, and customer experience across installer channels.
• Lead installation intake and prioritization with stakeholders to ensure right work matches resources.
• Coordinate readiness across Sales, Implementation, Support, Product and installers to minimize delays and rework.
• Partner with Sales and stakeholders on complex rollouts to align milestones and outcomes.
• Own quality enforcement, root cause analysis, and continuous SOP improvements.
• Manage installation partner portfolio, onboarding, enablement, and quarterly reviews.
