Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Mexico is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals for the Mexico GM and Leadership Team. You will translate priorities into workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.

Collaborating with HR Operations, T&OC and regional RPO, you will ensure compliance with Mexican employment requirements while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience in HR, including meaningful HRBP or HR leadership.
• Experience supporting commercial, service, industrial or manufacturing organizations.
• Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and influencing business, organization and talent decisions.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Advise Mexico GM and leadership on people priorities.
• Lead workforce planning and organization design, including structure and role clarity.
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and senior-hire transitions.
• Oversee employee relations and investigations with Legal collaboration.
• Own compensation planning, merit analysis, and internal equity.
• Partner on recruiting priorities and talent pipelines with regional teams.
• Provide data-driven insights on productivity and organizational health
