Job summary

Novonesis in Mexico City seeks a Finance Manager to lead the full finance function, ensure governance, compliance, and high-quality execution. This fiduciary leadership role includes acting as Legal Representative before Mexican authorities.

You will own financial reporting, tax compliance (ISR, IVA, Transfer Pricing), audits, payroll, and treasury. Build a strong local team and partner with Group finance to drive reliable, timely insights.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting degree is preferred.
• Experience with Mexican tax and statutory environment.
• Experience as or supporting a Legal Representative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and tax compliance (ISR, IVA, Transfer Pricing).
• Maintain internal controls and legal/regulatory compliance.
