Moderna seeks a Senior Manager, Finance for Mexico to lead statutory, financial and tax support for the Mexico affiliate. The role also acts as the authorized Legal Representative, partnering with Legal, Compliance and external advisors to ensure robust governance and compliance.

You will oversee treasury, payroll, tax filings and accounting deliverables, while partnering with global teams to support regional finance initiatives and cross‑market projects as needed.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration or related discipline; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Mexican finance, tax, accounting, payroll, or treasury.
• Knowledge of SAT requirements, e‑Firma and local statutory reporting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the authorised Legal Representative for Moderna Mexico and oversee statutory governance.
• Co‑lead tax registration, filings, and statutory communications with SAT and authorities.
• Oversee payroll, social security filings and related employer obligations with HR and external advisors.
• Manage local banking relationships and treasury controls, ensuring compliance with Finance controls.
• Coordinate customs and trade compliance with Trade Compliance and external advisors.
• Provide finance leadership to the Mexico Commercial organization and support Latin America initiatives.
