The role partners with LATAM, Americas and Global teams to align brand, product, marketing and sales priorities, delivering measurable impact across traffic, conversion and loyalty in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 8+ years leading digital commerce strategy for premium brands.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end digital commercial strategy for Mexico to drive revenue, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
• Align Mexico GTM with global priorities and ensure cohesive digital actions across brand, product, and marketing.
• Partner with LATAM, Americas and Global teams to optimize journey, onsite experience and merchandising.
