Job summary

Indegene in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Country Manager — Mexico, an HR generalist role with operational breadth. This person will manage day-to-day HR, compliance, and people operations in Mexico, working closely with offshore GDC teams who set the strategic direction.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong organizational and people skills, and the ability to work across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in multi-functional or matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with country-level HR delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR, compliance and people operations in Mexico.
• Collaborate with offshore GDC teams to set strategic direction.
• Manage onboarding, payroll, benefits, and exit processes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on engagement and development.
• Support governance, change management and learning coordination.
