We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and grow the Mexico office for a regulated forex/CFD broker. You will own the market strategy, P&L, and local operations while building and guiding sales, retention and support teams.

You will develop relationships with IBs and partners, work with marketing on local campaigns, and ensure full regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, Spanish fluency, and a proven track record in brokerage leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Country Manager or similar in forex/online trading.
• Native or fluent Spanish with strong leadership and communication.
• Track record of growing revenue and managing teams in a brokerage.

About the Company

Our client is a large, internationally regulated forex and CFD broker with a strong global presence and a growing footprint in Latin America. As part of its regional expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow its Mexico office.

The Role

The Country Manager will have full ownership of the Mexican market, including business growth, team leadership, client acquisition and retention, and local operations. The role reports directly to senior management and is key to the company's LATAM strategy.

Requirements

• Lead the overall strategy, growth and P&L of the Mexico office
• Drive client acquisition, revenue and deposit (FTD) targets for the Mexican market
• Build, manage and motivate local teams, including sales, retention and support
• Develop and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates and strategic partners
• Work closely with marketing to create localised campaigns and brand awareness
• Ensure all local activity follows regulatory and compliance requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs in Mexico
• Represent the company at local events, expos and industry meetings
• Report on KPIs, performance and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Country Manager, Regional Manager or similar senior role within the forex / online trading industry (must)
• Native or fluent Spanish (must)
• Strong track record of growing revenue and teams in a brokerage environment
• Deep understanding of forex/CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and the IB/affiliate model
• Knowledge of the Mexican and/or LATAM market
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulation in online trading
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Candidates based in Mexico or willing to relocate are welcome
