Pacifica Continental—Senior Finance Manager in CDMX—coordinates with the Country Manager on all finance matters to drive net sales, profitability and cash flow. The role oversees accounting policy, treasury, tax, budgeting, and credit management across the region.

Candidate should bring 8+ years in finance leadership, IFRS knowledge, SAP/BPC/HFM experience, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities to operate in a global, fast-growing organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience.
• Experience in large multinational or complex, brand-sensitive environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax budgeting, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and advise Country Manager on all finance matters to achieve Net Sales, Profit and FCF targets.
• Oversee accounting policies, department structure, and financial reporting to HQ.
• Manage budgeting, forecasts and variance analysis; ensure IFRS compliance.
