CBRE México is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across its regional operations. You will manage the finance team, collaborate with treasury and accounting, and drive policies and controls aligned with CBRE standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong Excel skills. You will mentor staff, oversee CAPEX, and deliver strategic insights to improve performance.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance/real estate corporates.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong English and Spanish communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, and standard management reporting.
• Oversee cash flow in the region with Treasury and accounting teams.
• Review inputs from staff to support strategic planning.
• Lead establishment of departmental priorities and financial policies.
