Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regional and Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Plan and execute budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning processes, and standard management reporting.
• Oversee cash flow in the region in alignment with Treasury and accounting teams.
