Responsibilities

• Deliver service and customer experience consistent with the first shift.
• Develop relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities.
• Schedule all customer shipments with pertinent information and documentation.
• Build reputable relationships with first shift carrier and operations reps.
• Monitor book of business to ensure loads are tracked and updated in a timely fashion.
• Notify appropriate parties in case of service delays and update incidents.
• Ensure updates recorded in the system are timely and accurate.
