Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with carriers to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Track freight in transit and ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Tender loads using Carrier360 and maintain records.
• Notify internal teams of service failures to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, best-in-class service.
• Expand carrier base to improve efficiency and automation.
• Verify carrier authenticity and tracking prior to pickup.
• Stay updated on market trends to sharpen negotiation tactics.
• Meet customer service expectations with transport updates.
