RXO Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers, and to generate monthly reports.

You will schedule pickups, notify customers of deviations, handle driver and customer inquiries, gather updates from providers, and support the dispatch and operations teams. A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in ground transportation, plus English proficiency, are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation or related field.
• English proficiency for conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and track pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of any deviations from the schedule.
• Answer driver and customer calls/emails and address operational needs.
• Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter data into the dispatch system.
• Communicate problems to customers or vendors and support operations teams.
• Generate monthly reports and verify invoice accuracy.
